How it works

  1. Print and fill out  this form.
  2. Ship the robot to us at 2090 Bondsville Road, Downingtown PA 19335.
    • Package the robot itself and the power supply (we do not require the caddy)
    • If applicable put the handle of your robot in the horizontal position to avoid shipping damages
    • Wrap both parts, robot and power supply, in bubble wrap. Try to avoid using peanuts
    • Ups and FedEx are usually the best way to ship it into us
    • Make sure to include the repair form that you filled out
  3. In about 2 days we will contact you for a free estimate.
  4. Once we receive payment for the work done we will ship it back in 1 business day.
